Parma will be back and a stronger typhoon, Melor, will be expected hit the Philippine territory this week. After a weeks of continuous struggle from typhoon Ondoy which swiftly swept the Luzon areas, followed by the devastating gust of the super typhoon Parma, which thankfully didn't hit the NCR region.
That may have been just a start. No one knows when or what will these two super typhoons lead our country into. Last time was a lesson. Now is the time for preparation.
